All treatment services are performed by an Australian qualified dermal clinician, Shelli Spaleta.

Being a qualified dermal clinician means these titles given to anyone have been completed study for four or more years to obtain an Australian Quality Framework (AQF) Level 7 to obtain a formal bachelor degree. Dermal degree qualifications are the most highly regarded in the industry. A dermal clinician has a working knowledge of cosmetic medicine and often works with other health professionals such as specialist board-certified dermatologists, skin cancer doctors, plastic and reconstructive surgeons and / or other allied health professionals such as dietitians, naturopaths, psychologists or occupational therapists as one whole holistic approach. Dermal clinicians rank higher than beauticians, beauty therapists. paramedical skin therapists, and other dermal therapists.

Being a registered member of the Australian Society of Dermal Clinicians (ASDC), we also affiliate members of Allied Health Professions Australia (AHPA). We have direct referral pathways with General Practitioners, specialist board-certified dermatologists / skin cancer centres and we strive to collaborate with your preferred health care provider, particularly in regards to early detection and sequential monitoring of skin cancer and better skin health generally. Shelli has also recently completed her professional certificate dermoscopy and a certified dermoscopist for her passion about early prevention of skin cancers. Shelli as a dermoscopist also a registered member of International Dermoscopy Society (IDS). On top of that, Shelli is highly interested in lymphoedema management and kinesiology taping.

Shelli trained in Australia and she expands her knowledge through on-going training, seminars, webinars and has been enrolled in College of Health and Bio-medicine of dermal sciences and she recently has completed this bachelor degree with Victoria University. 

This means Shelli has the depth of knowledge in mechanism of action for modalities to use, and the correlation from cell-to-cell communication to accurately analyse your skin concerns and conditions and how to treat it. And most important, all information and knowledge provided has been researched carefully through reliable medical journal articles resources. That is the reason for evidence-based practice. Shelli's dermal sciences degree has empowered her to better the lives of others in improving skin health and ability to assist patients with broader range for treatments for more comprehensive conditions such as fluid retention, lymphatic procedures, inflammatory conditions, pre and postoperative skincare, wound healing, ageing or sun damaged skin, uneven and pigmentation skin disorders, common dermatological skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis, eczema and rosacea, scarring, and removal of excess hair growths, tattoos, skin tags, leg veins and more.
