Appointment, Cancellation & COVID-19 Safe Plan

Booking The Appointment

​

Appointments can be made through different methods:

​

  • Online

  • In-person

  • Text message to 0405 815 920

  • Phone call - by calling our clinic number on 07 4941 8859

We do try to keep all the appointments running smoothly. Please arrive at our practice on time according to your allocated appointment time. We allow lateness up to 15 minutes but you need to let us know at your earliest possible. If you are late for more than 15 minutes without letting us know, we might not be able to provide the full treatment that you are booked for simply because our treatments cannot be rushed, however, you will still be charged for the full price service.

Cancellation Policy

​

  • We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for any appointment cancellation to allow time to reallocate your appointment to another patient.

​

  • Every new patient must complete a Patient Record File Form and we kindly ask our patient to be as accurate  as possible all information about you to assess your suitability for treatments. 

​

  • Personal data such as your name , address, contact numbers and email addresses were collected by us. 

 

  • This data is used to keep you up-to-date with new programmes and innovations, confirm your appointments, and provide you with valuable details about pre and post care. 

​

  • Please notify the clinic of any changes to your contact information, including any changes to your name, address, contact number and email address. This will allow us to provide you with any necessary or relevant information. ​

 

  • Cancellation less than 48 hours, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. Cancellation less than 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge a full amount of the treatment. In the case of prepaid treatment, the treatment will be forfeited.

 

  • Whilst we all love children, in the interest of health and safety, children cannot accompany patients in the treatment room or be supervised by staff. Thank you for your understanding.

COVID-19-Safe Plan

​

We follow strictly our state regulations in comply with COVID-19 Safe Plan. When attending your appointment, we kindly ask you to help us maintain a safe environment for everyone by:

  • Accurate and up-to-date contact details (compulsory)

  • Complete COVID-19 questionnaire and have your temperature check (compulsory)

  • Attending your appointment alone to allow for safe social distancing in our practice, with exception for elderly and under age of 18 patient.

  • Arriving on time or in between the allocated time (we usually send you a text message for details)

  • Rescheduling your appointment and staying home if you are showing any symptoms or sign of illness

​

Patients that do not comply with the mandatory requirements to maintain our COVID-19 Save Plan, may be ask to reschedule.
